Terms and Conditions

Kindly read before proceeding to checkout! Failure to comply with our T&C will result in blacklisting.
1. BE A RESPONSIBLE BUYER Only fill up the form if you are 101% sure about purchasing. Make sure you have enough money and time to pay for your orders before continuing. 2. BE PATIENT Please be patient in waiting for your orders to arrive. The ESTIMATED Time of Arrival (ETA) set for every product is not fixed and is subject to changes. 2. PAYMENT AND SHIPPING As of the moment, we only accept payments through GCash and shipping through Shopee checkout. Your full payment, no more no less, must be strictly paid on or before the set Deadline of Payment (DOP). Failure to comply will result in the cancellation of your order. No payment receipt, no shipment. Proof of payments will be strictly examined. Fill up the payment form provided upon checkout once paid. Goods should be checked out within 30 days after sending of checkout links. Should you fail to check out within the duration, the ordered goods shall be sold off without refunds. 4. QUALITY OF GOODS All goods are checked thoroughly before shipment. 88 HOTLINE will not be held liable once the parcel is handed over to the courier. Moreover, 88 HOTLINE is not liable for defects caused by the production of items from our suppliers. However, we will ensure that all items will undergo quality check before sending them to you. 5. COURIER ISSUES 88 HOTLINE will not be held accountable for delays, loss, and/or damages from shipment caused by the courier. It is your responsibility to provide only TRUE information in placing your order/s. 6. REFUND POLICY There will strictly be NO refunds, exchanges, and/or returns unless there has been a mismatch or error in the order received. In this case, documentations (pictures and/or videos) must be provided. 7. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS Due to the constraints caused by the pandemic, we are currently unable to ship overseas and thus cannot accept orders outside Philippines. 8. UPDATES It is recommended that you follow @88HOTLINEPH on Twitter and/or @88HOTLINE on Instagram for updates. It is your responsibility to keep yourself updated regarding the status of your orders. Derived from BLACKPINK's debut date— August 8 (0808), 88 HOTLINE aims to provide affordable yet high quality fanmade merchandise not only to BLINKS but also to other fandoms. As an avid BLACKPINK fan and a hobbyist in graphic design, the store owner has always desired to bring her artworks to life and at the same time to fulfill fellow BLINKS' fangirling needs.
